Dr. Kendall Ho - UBC

Dr. Kendall Ho is a practicing emergency doctor at the Vancouver General Hospital Department of Emergency Medicine. He is the Associate Dean of the Division of Continuing Professional Development and Knowledge Translation, University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine. He serves on the BC Ministry of Health's e-health Committee, UBC e-strategy Council, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada's e-learning Advisory Group and educational research committee, and chairs the e-health steering committee of the International organization Universitas 21.
Kendall’s contributions to this project are in four areas:
- assist in the pedagogical design of eLearning approaches to continuing professional development for health professionals;
- provide insights and support community engagement of Indigenous communities to co-create educational activities for health professionals and trainees;
- develop electronic communities of practice to support knowledge exchange amongst researchers, health professionals, and community members in this project;
- participate in the formative and summative evaluation
